Time required for Pizza Fries: 1 hour 20 minutes
Ingredients for Pizza Fries:
3-4 potatoes peeled
water as required
salt 1 tablespoon
oil for frying
For Tikka Flavor:
oil 1 tablespoon
tikka masala ½ tablespoon
chicken fillet 1
yogurt 1 tablespoon
ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
water as required
cheddar cheese grated
mozzarella cheese grated
dried oregano onion chopped
How to prepare Pizza Fries:
Take 3-4 potatoes then peel them and cut into fries shape. Add water in a large bowl then soak your fries in the water.
Now put it apart for about 30-45 minutes. Take a pot add water in it as much as required then add 1 tablespoon of salt.
Heat this water till it starts boiling then add your fries in it. Turn off the flame and leave it for 6-8 minutes.
Dry the fries with help of a towel or paper and let the fries cool down. Take a frying pan and add oil for frying.
After that, add the fries in oil and fry them for 2-3 minutes then leave them for about 5 minutes. Fry again until they become crispy.
Now take a small bowl then add ½ tablespoon of tikka masala with 1 tablespoon yogurt and 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
Whisk well with the help of a beater then add 1 chicken fillet and marinate for about 15-20 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
Now add your marinated chicken fillet in the oil. Cook it for 2-3 minutes then add water as much as required.
Cover the frying pan and cook for more 2-3 minutes at low flame. Turn off the flame and shred this chicken fillet into pieces with forks.
Turn on the flame and sauté it for 1-2 minutes. Garnish it with grated mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, pizza sauce and your cooked shredded chicken.
Again garnish it with mozzarella and cheddar cheese and this time sprinkle some onions as well. Finally bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 8-10 minutes.
Bake till the cheese melts. Your awesome Pizza Fries are ready now.
